This collaboration with DeliveredSoft stabilized core processes, unified 140+ stores and e-commerce, and built a robust, future-ready platform to confidently fuel rapid expansion and new strategic acquisitions.
Brico is one of Romania’s most recognized home improvement retailers, with a nationwide network of 25 large-format stores, a broad DIY product assortment, and strong connections with both homeowners and professional craftsmen. Over decades in the market, the company built a trusted brand and a stable retail operation. However, its systems, processes, and digital capabilities had not fully kept pace with modern omnichannel retail. When Brico joined the Altex Group, the challenge was twofold: not only to merge operations, but also to elevate the entire business onto a modern retail backbone capable of supporting scalable growth, streamlined processes, and enhanced customer experiences. The goal was ambitious: integrate Brico into Altex’s Dynamics 365 backbone–fast. The objective was clear: unify financial, warehouse, and in-store operations across both brands – while respecting Brico’s unique retail model, product complexity, and B2B sales structure.
